  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Certain items, such as personal care products and customized items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at support@ongo24.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
